Mary Kilobi Biography
Mary Kilobi (born 16th July 1984) is a Kiswahili TV anchor on KTN. She is the youngest and third wife of Atwoli. She was born in Bungoma
County in Western Kenya. She schooled at Chwele Girls High School in Bungoma County and later joined Makerere University for her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Literature and Kiswahili). Francis Atwoli became a trending topic after he announced his plans on marriage in August 2018.
Beside kilobi’s married life, she was well known and celebrated in Kenya. The fact about this is that she had been in the screens already and as a choice of many, the KTN presenter had worked with the station for some time. This means that she had already gained fame even before she met Atwoli. Those that think that she was motivated by money when marrying Atwoli should have a glance at her salary.

Mary Kilobi is married to Atwoli and this is after he proposed to her. Kilobi even went ahead and confessed that she loves him as she describes the COTU boss as a responsible man who comes home straight from work. The two couples live at IIbisil home in Kajiado and this happened after Atwoli finally won her heart in 2016. She had first turned down the proposal due to their age difference but after realizing that age should never be a key consideration in a relationship she agreed to the proposal. Kilobi says that her king is very Godly, his commitment to God really attracted me to him. KTN’s Swahili news anchor Mary Kilobi Atwoli is mourning the loss of her elder brother, Emmanuel Weyusia.
According to Ms Atwoli, the deceased was shot dead last night in Thika.
“I can’t believe this hot brother of mine Emmanuel Weyusia has gone to be with the Lord. Marsh we’ve lost you to some cruel people who shot you,” she wrote on Facebook.
“Marsh, you will forever be my big brother, our very protective bro. My Mama’s firstborn. How do I say RIP?God, it may not be well with me now because of how I feel but I still hold onto you for comfort. Even though you have allowed this pain to come my way, You are still my God,” she continued.
Fans and friends condoled with the news anchor. They said:
“Aki pole tu sana family and friends, it is God’s plan. May he rest in peace. Be strong pls,” Lyndah Tabani said. “Just woken up to exceedingly shocking news that a dear friend, Emmanuel Weyusia (left), was gunned down by thugs last night. Death, where is thy sting? Such a sad morning. Rest in peace bro,” Fredrick Shitubi wrote.
“This is so shocking. Unimaginable that Emmanuel ‘s life has been ended so fast. REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER. SING WITH THE ANGELS. Mariah Kilobi Atwoli takes heart, my dear. It is tough,” Etyang Frank stated.
