Paul Muite – Jurist Awards

Veteran lawyer Paul Muite is the winner of the Jurist of the Year award. Mr Muite, a senior counsel, was feted by the local chapter of the International Commission of Jurists at a Nairobi hotel on Friday night.

While accepting the honour, Mr.Muite revisited the struggle for democratic space and said nobody could return the country to the dark old days.
